Privacy Policy

Your privacy on the Internet is important to us at Collectronics®.
Our online privacy policy ("Privacy Policy")
describes the types of information that we gather online
and how we use it. Please read this information carefully.
If Collectronics decides to change its online information
practices, we will let you know by posting the Privacy
Policy adjustments on our Web site and by contacting our
clients by email. We will notify you no less than 45 days
by email of any such material changes before we use your
personal non-public information in a manner not previously
disclosed in our Privacy Policy. At that time, we will
remind you that you always have the opportunity to opt
out of any new use of your personal non-public information
(as more fully set forth below).
Use of Information by Collectronics
We gather certain types of information in order to
provide services to you, our clients and our business
partners and to communicate with you, our clients and
our business partners about matters related to our services.
We also may use this information to make offers to you,
help us develop and improve our website and our services
and tailor our site to the interests of our clients
and our business partners.
Information Collected by Collectronics
Collectronics collects two types of information about
users: "Personal Information" (such as name,
email address, mailing address, phone, financial history,
realty ownership history and other account-related information)
and "Aggregate Information" (such as information
about how many users log on to our sites on a daily
basis).
Personal Information Collected Online by Collectronics
Personal Information is collected online when users
voluntarily register with Collectronics or its business
partners to set up an account and engage our services,
receive electronic newsletters or other similar communications,
use community on-line services, answer surveys and other
similar account-related activities.
Aggregate Information Collected Online by Collectronics
Aggregate Information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous
information about you, such as age, gender, pages that
you access most frequently or search terms that you
enter. Aggregate Information is used in a collective
manner, and no single person can be identified by that
compiled information. For example, the number of people
who logged into our website in a particular day is Aggregate
Information that does not personally identify a specific
user. Tracking Internet Protocol (IP) addresses is one
method of collecting Aggregate Information about your
activities online and information volunteered by you.
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned
to your computer whenever you surf the Web. The computers,
which deliver the Web pages to you, automatically identify
your computer by its IP address. When you request a
page from our site, our servers log your IP address.
Sharing Information Collected Online with Third Parties, Consultants and Affiliates
Collectronics will not share, sell or trade your Personal
Information gathered online without your prior written
approval. We do not and will not contribute to or participate
in cooperative databases, which give other non-business
partners or third parties access to such Personal Information.
For privacy purposes, all information relating to client
accounts is stored on a highly secure server.
Collectronics may share Personal Information gathered
online with its accountants, attorneys, affiliates,
business partners, contractors or consultants for the
purposes of establishing and maintaining your account(s)
and performing services or any internal business purpose
and may also divulge Personal Information if such information
is required for Collectronics to comply with any valid
legal process, such as a subpoena, search warrant, statute
or court order, or if Collectronics believes that your
account has been used to commit unlawful acts or acts
that may endanger the health or safety of another user
or of the general public. In addition, Collectronics
receives personal usage and demographic information
from its affiliates, business partners, contractors,
consultants and third parties and uses this information
to improve our services.
Collectronics may share Aggregate Information with its
accountants, attorneys, affiliates, business partners,
contractors and consultants for any internal business
purpose.
