into the technology field where she gained valuable
experience in the use of mission critical software to
solve business challenges with such companies as Computer
Associates International. She also was a member of the
sales team which opened up the Midwest Division of a
technology company in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Williams

Patrick M. Steil (Chief Technology Officer)
holds an Associate of Science in Computer
Science degree from the Panama Canal College, Panama
City, Panama, which is among a select number of schools
accredited by the United States Department of Defense.
Prior to 1994, Mr. Steil worked for International
Business Machines (IBM) where he held the position
of OS/2 Base Operating System Consultant. In this
position, Mr. Steil was one of only a handful
of consultants within IBM that were called upon to
resolve mission critical issues with the OS/2 operating
system for IBM’s highest profile clients, including
First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo & Company),
NationsBank, Norwest Bank, First Bank of Minneapolis,
The Limited, Chicago Tribune, Anderson Consulting,
and Dillard’s. His responsibilities required
a comprehensive knowledge of software design and functionality,
both on an individual application basis and on an
enterprise level basis, to ensure compatibility of
customer designed applications with the OS/2 platform.
In 1994, Mr. Steil formed infraNET®, a software
design and consulting firm. Since its inception, infraNET®
has been committed to serving both large and small business
in the area of web based applications. Among its clients
include First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo &
Company), TexasBank (now CompassBank), and OneSource
Global (http://www.onesourceglobal.com). In an effort
to allow its clients a robust way to secure their web
based applications in either an Intranet or Extranet
environment, infraNET® created a proprietary software
known as iiFramework®. This software ensures
that all pages of a website are "secured"
unless specifically granted access to a user by the
developer through the use of security roles. This
use of roles as a security model provides great flexibility
to the user in securing access to web pages –
from an entire page down to a specific piece of text
on a web page.
In 2003, Mr. Steil joined forces with the principals
of Collectronics, Inc. to develop and market a web
based application called CollectMinder® for use
by attorneys in the fast growing community association
field of law. CollectMinder® is a collaboration
of the web secure technology created by Mr. Steil
and the extensive legal background of the other principals
of Collectronics in the field of community association
law. CollectMinder® is now the benchmark web based
assessment collection application for attorneys across
the country in this area of law.
Mr. Steil has written and lectured extensively on
the topic of Application Frameworks. His most recent
review of this technology appears in ColdFusion Developer‘s
Journal http://coldfusion.sys-con.com/read/41990.htm.
Mr. Steil is also the past President of the Dallas/Ft.Worth ColdFusion
User‘s Group where he held this position for
eight years.
