Dean A. Riddle

Chief Executive Officer

 

Dean A. Riddle (Chief Executive Officer) is a member of the bars of Texas, Georgia and North Carolina. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1981 and 1985. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association. Mr. Riddle has served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and served as its President in 1994. He has written and lectured extensively on the topic of litigation for community associations at the state and national level. As an active member of CAI, Mr. Riddle has participated in drafting proposed legislation affecting planned communities in Texas and is currently serving on the board of directors for the Texas Community Association Advocates. Mr. Riddle is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States with membership limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements.

 

 

 

 

Lauren C. Williams

President

 

Lauren C. Williams (President) received her B.A. in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 1990 and obtained her American Bar Association Post Graduate Paralegal Degree in 1993 from Southeastern Paralegal Institute. Ms. Williams began her career working for one of the leading community association law firms in the country then known as Hyatt & Rhoads. Her interest in technology led her into a client relations position with Computer Associates International (CA), one of the leading technology companies in the world. While at CA, she gained valuable experience in the use of mission critical software to solve business challenges for Fortune 500 companies such as Sabre Holdings, Hertz and Bell Helicopter. She then spearheaded the launch of the Midwest Division of Attenza which provided online customer service and support automation software for such companies as Aon Corp., BMC Software Inc., Dell Computer Corp., Gateway Inc. and McKesson Corp. Ms. Williams returned to the community association legal industry in 2001 and formed Collectronics — the first company to introduce the community association law industry to the use of online applications as an integral part of their legal and business processes. Collectronics’ suite of online applications, including CollectMinder®, e-nForce® and ProjectMinder® have set the standard for mission critical applications for the community association legal industry. Ms. Williams has lectured extensively regarding the use of technology to improve the services attorneys and provide their community associations.

 

 

 

 

Lance E. Williams

Chief Financial Officer

 

Lance E. Williams (Chief Financial Officer) was admitted to the bar in Texas in 1986 and was also admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He received his B.S./Management (magna cum laude) degree in 1983 from Oral Roberts University and a J.D. in 1986 from Southern Methodist University. While in law school, he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts, Business Associations and Evidence. Mr. Williams is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Community Associations Institute, where he has conducted industry seminars and workshops and been actively involved in drafting proposed legislation affecting planned communities. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of CAI and the Property Owners Association Committee of the State Bar of Texas.

 

 

 

 

Kenneth Dunbar

Chief Technology Officer

 

Kenneth Dunbar (Chief Technology Officer) As Chief Technology Officer at Collectronics, Kenneth Dunbar brings over 2 decades of experience in the technology industry as he manages the technology decisions and architecture for Collectronics. He directs the support and development of both the Products and the Operational Support Systems for Collectronics, consistently maintaining an eye toward simplicity, innovation and quality. Kenneth is passionate about technology and its limitless possibilities. He focuses this energy in the support of quality improvement models and processes to stimulate communication, creativity and innovation. He promotes these further through implementation of enterprise systems. Prior to joining Collectronics, Kenneth was a lead consultant for national retailers such as Safeway, United Health Group, Men’s Wearhouse and Dupont where he designed and implemented large scale identity management systems. He has also held significant positions in the past such as Director- Global Systems Engineering at MCI. In this capacity Kenneth lead the team responsible for development and implementation of the business systems and service network for international data and voice services. Kenneth participates in several professional associations including IEEE and is active in the technology division of Dunbar Studios, a family run business. He has been an active participant in the family’s philanthropic endeavors raising over a million dollars to date for children’s and artists causes worldwide. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree from Lakehead University in Canada and additional degrees in business and business management. He has completed an Advanced Management Program at Southern Methodist University and holds multiple advanced leadership certifications.
